Ein Hauptbestandteil ist Backfisch.<br /> ==Geschichte==<br /> Das älteste Meyszenrezept stammt von einem Fischer in Hatschi Howgorod und wurde im späten 20. Jahrhundert verfasst. Die Verbreitung der Meyszen ging recht zäh voran, ihre Verarbeitung fand jedoch immer mehr Varianten. Die Meyszen waren hauptsächlich in der KRF verbreitet, sind jedoch durch [[Oleg Tomodastchy]] auch in [[Ceylon]] bekannt gemacht worden. Jetzt sind sie Nationalgericht.<br /> <br /> ==Zutaten und Zubereitung==<br /> Der Frischfisch wird zunächst mit einer Marinade versehen die nach belieben mit Zitrone, Bier oder anderem gespickt wird. Dann wird dieser Backfisch mit Salat, frischen Kräutern und ggf. Kartoffen oder Sauerkraut serviert.</div>
